What If You Are The Attorney?
I work especially well in these situations, as well. In either case, I will at all times keep you well-informed about any aspect of the process in which I’m involved – especially when it comes to practical aspects related to the real estate. I have a team of people to help with the practical, day-to-day aspects like clean-out, appraisals/estate sales of personal property, repairs, keeping squatters out, preventing the common “fake landlord” scam, etc.
In some cases, the PR will want ALL aspects to be handled completely by the attorney. If this happens, I’ll work with you as “the client” regarding the real estate, just as I would with a PR. All you need to do is contact me, & I will organize the service providers you choose. (I have a list).
